INSURANCE & BILLING
At this time, I am contracted with the following insurance plans.
Highmark, Optum and Quest Behavioral Health.
If you are a member in one of these plans please contact the phone number on the back of your insurance card to determine the benefits available for Mental Health/ Behavioral Health.
If you have another type of insurance I can work with you as an out of network provider.
Many clients who use their OON (out of network) benefits get reimbursed a percentage of the counseling fee. I would recommend that you call your insurance provider to determine the benefits for an out of network therapist.
Some clients use their HSA (health savings account) or a FSA (flex spending account) for counseling fees to avoid the restraints of managed care.
The length of a typical session is 50-60 minutes and payment is required at time of scheduled session.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
At this time I am a provider with the following Employee Assistance Programs.

If your employer participates with one of the Employee Assistance Programs please let me know and I can assist you with the procedure to obtaining a possible authorization.
Accepted Payment Options
No personal checks.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid the $75 fee for no-show/late cancellation.
