Contact Forms and Comments

When visitors leave contact requests and/or comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

In addition to contact information, Fairview Counseling of Chester County will collect basic health profile information on the client. This information can include any and all past treatments, past and current health conditions, reasons for seeking treatment, and additional information relevant to the patient’s reason for engaging with Fairview Counseling of Chester County. 

How we protect your data

Fairview Counseling of Chester County utilizes state-of-the-art, HIPAA-compliant technology resources for the storage of all electronic documents. Access to any technology resources is only provided on an as-needed basis and Fairview Counseling of Chester County maintains a record of all third-party access.
